When my daughter, Paula Bergstrand, decided to sell her property, the next step was to find a Realtor. Because Diane K. Pool was serving on our home association, Golf Vistas, homeowner’s Board, I had seen her at work. My husband, Chuck Patterson, who also served on the Board, had commented on her as being an aware business woman.

Once Diane was contracted to sell the house, there was immediate activity to advertise, show, and properly display the home to the right buyers. She was easy to contact and kept the home owner and myself informed as to how things were progressing. Because my daughter lived in another city on the mainland, I was appointed the on island contact for her.

The home had been previously leased which caused some unflattering and difficult dealings. Obstacles that could have been made even more difficult to disprove had we had a different kind of Realtor.
